Project Description:

This project involves the development of multi-unit residential complexes on two distinct lots within the RM Zone. Lot 9 proposes the construction of 19 affordable housing units across 10 buildings, equipped with a private drive, public sidewalks, and necessary private utility infrastructure. Similarly, Lot 20 aims to develop an additional 19 affordable units, also comprising 10 buildings with comparable infrastructure.

In accordance with Bend Development Code (BDC) 4.1.215, the applicant will present the site plan at a public meeting, given that the total building area will exceed 10,000 square feet.
